How do you guys stop cravings?
NEVER EAT FRIED FOOD. It’s the worst food for your body in the entire world besides white bread. Number one for heart disease, cholesterol, and diabetes.
If you MUST have something salty oily, try making home made sweet potato fries. Cut sweet potatoes into thin strips, sprinkle olive oil and rock salt on them, and stick them in the oven. Depending on your oven and crispy preference you’ll want to adjust the cook time.
Also, if you are new to being vegan or vegetarian, it may be your body craving oil (fat). You can replace this craving with good fats such as eating an avocado with black pepper or cayenne pepper sprinkled on top. Or a small salad with lettuce, avocado, tomato, and cilantro with a pinch of rock salt and olive oil or lemon juice/lime juice on top.
